We will provide you with a Free Home Evaluation Report to better understand the current market conditions in your area and determine the best listing price for your home.
Following the completion of your Home Evaluation Report. Together, we'll thoroughly review and analyze all currently active listings and recently sold homes in your area to create a listing plan that will maximize the full selling price of your home... netting you the highest price possible for the sale of your home.

Upon reaching a verbal agreement on pricing and listing terms. Our transaction service team will formally prepare a listing agreement for you to sign, to officially start the home sale process.
Prior to listing your home on the MLS real estate website, an agent from our company will conduct a pre-list walk-through with you to cover basic tasks, such as cleaning, decluttering, odor removal, and repairing minor issues, as well as identifying and addressing major liabilities prior to listing.

Once your home is ready to be listed. Our listing service team will come take pictures of your home that will be used on the MLS as well as other real estate websites like Zillow, Redfin, Trulia and Realtorcom as well as IDX search portals used by brokerages like RE/MAX, Keller Williams, Century 21 and Coldwell Bankers websites.
Our team will then coordinate an open house schedule with you, utilizing a multi-channeled marketing approach that includes online and social media advertising, along with an outreach collaboration campaigns with other local realtors, mortgage brokers, neighbors and along with many high-visibility signage around your area.

As offers come in for your property, our listing management team will carefully examine each and every purchase contract, pre-approval letter and proof of funds statement received to determine which offers best align with your needs with regards to terms, contingencies and pricing.
Once all offers have been thoroughly reviewed, a lead manager from our office will then meet with you to discuss all our findings and answer any questions you may have to put you in the best position possible to make the highest amount possible in the sale of your home.

After conducting a thorough review of all offers received, you will then have the option of accepting, rejecting and or continuing negotiations through a counter offer to the prospective buyer. With whatever decision made by you being fully supported and executed to your standards, no questions asked.
Upon offer acceptance, we'll officially help you open escrow by delivering all signed contracts and earnest money deposits to escrow. With Escrow handling all the documentation, contingency removal, preliminary title report, homeowners insurance procurement, final walk-through and fund transfers... post-contingency.
