Our Buyers Rebate Program in a nutshell…
You (the homebuyer) identifies the home you want to buy.
You then choose Jimmy Zaflow to be your dedicated real estate agent in the purchase of that home.
We then carefully write a fair and strong offer on your behalf, with goal of getting it accepted.
When your offer gets accepted, we take care of everything for you in the escrow process.
And then at the close of escrow, when you receive the keys to your new home, you will also receive your cash back rebate as a token of our appreciation for choosing us in your home buying journey.
REBATE BREAKDOWN:
- $1,000 Rebate on home purchases under $500,000
- $2,000 Rebate on home purchases above $500,000
- $3,000 Rebate on home purchases above $1,000,000
- All Rebates to be paid at the Sale Closing of Escrow

All rebates are based on the final sales price of your real estate transaction at the close of escrow with Jimmy Zaflow or another real estate agent from Radius Realty representing you (the homebuyer) in the purchase of your home.
To ensure you receive the full buyer’s rebate amount at the close of escrow, the commission rate paid by the seller in the purchase of your home has to be at least 3% or above. With sellers commission rates below 2.5% automatically reducing the rebate payment amount by $200 and $500 if the commission rate is below 2%.
