Throughout his successful career, Jimmy has been involved in over a thousand real estate transactions, ranging from your traditional real estate sale to your not so standard bank owned wholesale transaction. OUR REASON
WHY I GOT INTO REAL ESTATE
When people ask how I got into real estate, the story always goes back to the time my parents immigrated to the United States, motivated by their desire of providing a better life for their kids and the dream of home ownership. After years of hard work and sacrifice my parents were finally able to save enough money for a down payment on a house and make their dream of home ownership come true… only to be left disappointed with the process as a whole.
While buying a home was a great achievement for our family, there was still a lot left to be desired with the way things played out. With the clarity of hindsight, I look back at that whole experience and still feel like my family made a lot of compromises in the purchase of their first home. Settling for a lot less than what they really could’ve have had, with communication (due to language barrier issues) playing a huge role in our whole home buying experience. Now don’t get me wrong, my family and I are still very grateful and appreciative for all the hard work and consideration of our agent at that time, but we still feel like things could’ve been better. Which later served as the catalyst behind my future career choice and mission as a real estate agent.

Our mission as a real estate agency is to create the most client-friendly home buying and home selling experience in all of the Greater Detroit Metro Area. Striving to provide customized solutions that caters to the unique needs of all our clients, in contrast to the cookie cutter approach used by many other real estate brokerages out there.
Unlike our corporate counterparts, we strongly embrace the concept of freedom and flexibility when it comes to our business model. We want our clients to feel empowered when it comes to making informed decisions for themselves, even in the event they’re dissatisfied with our work and progress together.
Technology has evened out the playing field. Gone are the days when these corporate real estate agencies had the advantage over an independent real estate brands like ourselves. We have learned how to combine modern technology with the traditional old school ways of doing business, creating a seamless end-to-end full service experience for our clients and business partners alike… while also holding true to the core values of our city and community.
